Worship is our primary purpose as we gather on Sunday mornings at Lakeside Baptist Church. Our services include historic hymns, sung to the majestic sounds of the pipe organ and grand piano, as well as many of the newer worship and praise songs. The lyrics for the songs and the words for congregational readings are projected on a screen so that worshipers can easily participate. Our organist and pianist is Colleen Johnson. Colleen studied music at Calvin University and enjoys helping to creating opportunities for people to glorify God together.

Our Clothes Closet and Food Pantry Ministries Are Focused on Needs in the Muskegon Community.
The Clothes Closet is open by appointment only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You may call and set up an appointment at 231-755-1718 Ext. 1. Donations are being accepted Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Please drop them off at the office entrance on Miner St.

Locally, we support ministries that assist the homeless, the jobless, those who are addicted, prisoners reentering society, children, and youth. Nationally and internationally, we support missionaries and aid workers working in seven major geographic regions.
